All stock items will normally be dispatched within 48 hours provided payment has been cleared. Larger orders are normally available within 7 – 14 days for dispatch, subject to payment conditions. For payments made by cheque, a further 5 working days should be allowed for cheque clearance before goods are dispatched. Should there be any delay, or non-availability on items ordered, we will contact you immediately.
All UK orders are sent through Royal Mail First Class post or Standard Parcels, unless otherwise instructed. Please allow up to 7 days for UK delivery. All international orders are quoted on receipt of order. These are sent by Air Mail. Please allow 7-14 days for worldwide delivery. Equihealth cannot accept responsibility for delays by carriers.

- Goods reported as faulty on delivery, or goods sent incorrectly, should be returned (unused) within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
N.B. All money-back guarantees are subject to 15% administration charge and post and packing costs. All goods must be returned with the original packaging together with proof or purchase. (Return postage, handling and insurance at customer’s own expense.)
